Miss Smotra was very calm and reassuring during the consultation and addressed all of my concerns and explained what was happening at each stage thoroughly.

There was an opportunity to raise areas of concern as a patient. The consultant listened carefully and made the right decision to investigate these concerns with a scan and hysteroscopy resulting in minor surgery. Everything was explained clearly at each stage of the consultation and procedure.
